Every situation is unique: the floor area, the level of clutter and the sanitary condition determine the duration and the price, always set by quote. We can coordinate the work with a relative, a guardian, a social landlord or social services.

Yes, it's a priority. We can use neutral vehicles and clothing, schedule the work at a discreet time and deal only with the people you tell us to.
Does everything have to be thrown away?
No. We sort with the occupants or the family to preserve important items, papers and valuables. Nothing is removed without prior agreement.
How long does the work take?
It depends on the floor area and the level of clutter: from a day to several days. We give you a precise estimate of the duration and price when we quote.
Does the tax credit apply?
Clearance and waste disposal do not qualify for the home-services tax credit. Depending on the exact nature of the service, we'll tell you what is eligible and what isn't, without making false promises.
